Hampton Inn & Suites Detroit/Troy

The room overall was a good experience. It stayed a bit stuffy/warm even turning the air on. We stayed on the 2nd floor. Biggest reason for the review was Karen. She was soo hospitable. What’s sad is that’s really rare these days. She helped make our stay wonderful. There was also a night attendant that followed her shift and my interaction was brief with them. They were very kind as well. If this is a reflection of most of the staff, this location should count themselves fortunate. Another note the pool and hot tub were great as well!

Excellent place to take the kids for a staycation. Newer Hampton hotel. Very clean. Hot tub and swimming pool was very clean and in working condition. The adjoining rooms made the experience much better for the kids as they could go room to room and have a pajama and movies party.

My first week here has been amazing. The service has been wonderful, housekeeping has been great, the breakfast served has been great ( shout out for the breakfast crew Raquel & Freddie, they helped you get a wonderful start to your day) The front desk staff is very professional (shout out to Brittany for making my nightmare bearable)and also the amenities were excellent & well kept. I look forward to the next 3 weeks. I love Hampton Inn/Hilton properties. Great work guys & Thank you

This hotel housed my wedding party and they were absolutely phenomenal. The front desk staff was great and extremely helpful. The breakfast was free and the offerings weren't the greatest but it was still fresh and hot. The rooms did show some signs of wear and tear but there were no complaints from my guests. Between offering early and late checkout and friendly greetings and smiles this hotel was so welcoming and made everyone feel at home. Plus my party was able to stay on the same floor which made us feel so closer. I am truly thankful to the staff for an unforgettable weekend! If you're looking for a serviceable hotel, amazing location, with a wonderful staff I highly recommend this location. Family and friends who have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn across the parking lot loved this hotel much much more for what it's worth. I have family who're already planning another weekend getaway here. Definitely recommend this place.

After a long day of travel my sister and I needed a place to stay for the night. We had called to see if they had any rooms available, hoping we could make a reservation. We get to the hotel and the front desk lady was the sweetest person ever. Her name was Heather. The rooms were very well kept. We definitely will be staying here again if we need too!

See update below Other than that This hotel was a delight and offered a huge selection of amenities for the money. Spacious rooms. Plenty of areas to charge our phones with various adapter options. Free hot breakfast. Microwave and fridge in the room with a wet bar. Pull out sofa sleeper Provided daily text for follow up on how our stay was Would stay here again Update not sure who was upstairs from us but they made loud banging sounds until late night ( after 11 pm) and early morning definitely triggered my migraine headache. I did report it on day #2 but nothing changed sadly . No housekeeping service on day -#2 as scheduled however front desk gladly accommodated extra towels / washcloths. Staff were friendly Microwave and fridge in the room was convenient Size of the room was spacious Overall clean and cozy and great location Wish we woulda requested to change rooms to have gotten better rest during our stay

Husband and I booked this same day over night and everything was top notch. Our room, the gym, lobby everything was very clean. The breakfast and coffee were wonderful and bed was super comfy which in hotels is rare for me. Would def stay here again.

First off the hotel was super clean very impressive. One of the finest in the area. The rooms / hallways and very vibrant, which makes the stay so much nicer. Great work on the new look. The front desk was very supportive with questions , interactions, and recommendations to certain restaurants, shopping centers and party stores. Heather G front desk worker helped my wife an I with sincerity and charm. Heather should be one of the trainers for most of the hotels I stay in the area on front desk manners.
